🦋 Virtual Workshop: Writing as a Spiritual Practice 🦋
new class announcement, with a heavy heart
today is indigenous people’s day, and i feel sickened. the videos of women, children, and men being burned alive in refugee tents in Gaza will forever be seared into my memory. people with iv drips still in their arms, melting into the rubble and fire at al-aqsa hospital. newborn babies covered in dust, bodies violently shaking from the trauma. american doctors coming home and recounting they have never seen so many children with bullets through their heads, expertly sniped by israeli soldiers. we are watching a live-streamed, modern-day holocaust, funded by our very own dollars—and i’ve reached a breaking point where i am not okay with people who are silent & complicit about Palestine. may indigenous, oppressed, and colonized people everywhere be safe and free within our lifetime ❤️🔥
i am taking refuge in the powerful and clear dialogue happening within my wider community. here are some posts i am resonating deeply with: @zebablay’s roundup of loving resistance, @jezzchung’s reminders about our interconnected survival , and @celineceline’s rage as a Lebanese person.
if you are feeling anger, sadness, or grief, like i am, i invite you to my virtual workshop on writing as a spiritual practice on sunday, november 10th. this will be a nourishing container to channel whatever it is you’re feeling into words, wisdom, and art. when we write in a soulful way, our writing becomes a powerful tool for healing, alchemizing experiences into wisdom, and uncovering personal & collective liberation. your voice and presence are urgently needed in this critical moment in time—come join us.
🦋 New Virtual Workshop: Writing as a Spiritual Practice 🦋
Writing is an act of the divine. It is a higher power—the universe, your ancestors, God—speaking through your body and onto the page.
How do you become an open channel for source messages to flow through you?
How do you allow the act of writing to remain connected, grounded, easeful, pleasurable, and free?
How do you translate embodied knowing, intuition, dreams, and downloads into your writing?
We’ll dive into these questions together, helping you build a writing practice that integrates your unique wisdom, gifts, and divine purpose into your work.
This virtual, 2-hour workshop will take place on Sunday, November 10th at 10am PST / 1pm EST. Learn more and register here.
