Welcome! 🌀 This month’s new moon newsletter includes a reflection on the current energies at play, a grounding meditation to source peace & wisdom from nature, and a prompt for resourcing you through this period of intense transition. If you’re a free subscriber, you can learn more about this paid offering here.

On a physical level, it can feel like the world is falling apart. We’re approaching one year of genocide by Israel, witnessing evil acts of unimaginable violence against Palestinians on our phones daily, all while being gaslit by American media & government who say it’s not actually happening—and if it is, it’s warranted. (*I’m using this word very intentionally. What our government is doing is actually insane, and we must recognize it as so—otherwise, we risk losing what’s left of our humanity.)

But what I know for sure is that this—the downfall of Western imperialism—was destined to happen.
