Last night I finished watching the latest season of Love is Blind…and was fascinated by how social media was such a major part of the reunion discourse. The cast spent a large chunk of time dispelling false narratives circulating on the internet, pleading for the public to let the drama go, and clarifying that we see an incredibly small percentage of what their realities are actually like. Oddly, this guilty pleasure is helping me overcome my own fear around public perception.

In this post, I voice my process of working through this fear—accepting it, and aiming to use it as an added dimension to enrich my work. I also share a few artists and talks that have inspired me lately, and reflection questions for you 🌹
